Vetiver Jets was born from a frustration with the status quo. Commercial aviation had become impersonal, inefficient, and unpredictable. We set out to build something different — a private aviation company that treats every flight as an occasion, every client as a partner, and every detail as essential.
From our base in New York, we now serve over 150 destinations worldwide, with a network of 3,400+ partner aircraft and a team that operates around the clock.

In French haute parfumerie, vetiver holds a singular status. Extracted from the roots of Chrysopogon zizanioides, it became a cornerstone of Parisian fragrance houses — prized not for what it announces, but for what it sustains.
Vetiver is a base note: the deepest, longest-lasting layer. While top notes sparkle and fade, the base note gives a fragrance its structure, its memory, its staying power. You may never name it, but you would notice immediately if it were absent.
Guerlain built iconic fragrances around it. It appears in the compositions of Chanel, Dior, and Tom Ford. It is the note that holds everything else together.
That is exactly how we see our role.

Born and raised in New York, Laith attended New York University and built his career working in creative & producing focused roles at Comedy Central, Showtime, Scott Rudin Productions, and Marvel Studios — environments where precision and quality are non-negotiable and every moving part has to land on time.
He founded Vetiver Jets to bring that same discipline to private aviation. The production mindset — anticipate everything, execute flawlessly, adapt in real time — became the operating philosophy for the company. Every flight is treated as a live operation: meticulously planned, personally overseen, and delivered to a standard that reflects the city he comes from.
Laith is involved in every client relationship from first call to post-flight follow-up. His hands-on approach and relentless attention to detail have made Vetiver Jets a trusted name among executives, families, and private travelers who expect more from their aviation experience.
